Payments are all made through PayPal so you can use your PayPal account, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or your personal bank account. (It is unnecessary to have a PayPal account to use the credit card option)

Shipping:

Processing time for all orders is 5-7 business days. If this time is expected to be exceeded due to a large volume of orders an email will be sent to notify all customers inconvenienced, though this is never our intention. We only ship Monday - Wednesday do to the nature of our packages. This ensures that they sit in the shipping offices for as short a period of time as possible.

All orders will be insured for the amount in which the order was placed due to the possible breakability of the items sold. Express Shipping is available with a Hold for Pickup Option but request for this must be written into the "Comments" Section as you checkout.

At this time we do not ship outside the United States. If you would like to order from outside the United States please contact us.

Packing:

There are multiple packing options, each offered depending on the type of plant purchased. Please review the descriptions of all shipping options before choosing. Some of these options do not offer a pot or soil with the plant. Please be aware of these differences in options

Cuttings: This is for plants that are cut straight off the original "mother" plant and shipped directly to the customer. This option means that on average the plant does not have roots and the customer is responsible for planting the cutting upon arrival. The ends of the cuttings will be dried before shipping to minimize damage to the plant. In the descriptions of the cuttings it will indicate whether it has been cut on both ends or has a growing tip if applicable. This option does not include a pot or soil. Both these supplies will be available to add to your order through the Accessories section of the website at additional cost.

Bare Root: This option is for plants that have roots that can survive transport out of the pot. Many plants are able to be shipped this way safely. These are not cuttings but the original plant. This option does not include a pot or soil. Both these supplies will be available to add to your order through the Accessories section of the website at additional cost.

Potted Options: You may request that the plant be shipped in soil and pot. This means that when your plant arrives it will iimmediately be available for viewing without having to pot the plant. This option does come with soil and pot though there is the option of a plastic pot, a terracotta pot, or a Bonsai pot. If you choose a bonsai pot please indicate in the "Comments" section of the ordering process as to which you would prefer from those available on the website. The price of the pots have been added to the price of the plant at time of purchase so choosing a bonsai pot will not effect the price. We will always suggest a pot size range to choose from so that your plant is happy in its new environment.

Returns:

Returns are the responsibility of the customer. Contact must be made with Oasis Rare Plants within 10 days after delivery and all return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. We want our customers to happy with their purchase so there is a 100% guarantee, if for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please return part or all of the shipment. If the items are damaged in return shipping and the customer did not purchase shipping insurance for the return trip no refund will be given. All items must be in the same condition as when they were sent from Oasis Rare Plants upon return arrival. Refunds will take 10-15 business days.
